1. Global Reach

We offer worldwide shipping across a wide range of international destinations. Transit times and service availability may vary depending on the destination’s local carrier network and regional logistics conditions.

2. Shipping Methods & Timelines

• Shipping Options & Pricing: We offer both Regular and Express shipping options. Pricing differs from country to country and will be dynamically calculated and displayed on the checkout page.
• Regular Shipping: Estimated delivery usually takes 5–8 business days after fulfillment.
• Express Shipping: Estimated delivery takes 3–5 business days post-fulfillment.
• Fulfillment Time: Delivery time begins from the moment the order is fulfilled and handed to the shipping carrier, not from the date the order is placed.

3. Duties, VAT & Taxes

Velina Noir operates on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. This means orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, VAT, or other taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Failure to pay applicable import charges, refusal of customs clearance, or refusal to accept delivery does not qualify as a cancellation. Any associated return shipping costs, abandonment fees, customs penalties, or losses resulting from non-acceptance remain the customer’s responsibility.

4. Tracking & Liability

Upon dispatch, a unique tracking number is issued for every order. In the rare event of a verified loss during transit, the Company provides the client with the option of a complimentary replacement product or a full refund of the purchase price.
