The Vision
Founded in 2023 by B.Laith, Velina Noir was created to solve a problem we believed the fashion industry had accepted for far too long:
"Women were being forced to choose between disposable fast fashion and luxury pieces carrying four-figure price tags."
Affordable brands prioritized trends over craftsmanship. Luxury brands often prioritized exclusivity over value. Somewhere in between, truly exceptional clothing became surprisingly difficult to find. We believed there had to be another way.
Velina Noir exists to create thoughtfully designed pieces that feel luxurious, look timeless and remain attainable without compromising the details that matter most.

The Art of the Fit
Fit is the foundation of every Velina Noir design.
Each silhouette is reviewed and refined to create shape, balance and confidence without sacrificing comfort. Seams, proportions, structure and fabric placement are considered together so that the garment does more than simply fit the body.
It complements it.
Our aim is not to disguise the woman wearing Velina Noir or transform her into someone else.
It is to make her feel like the most powerful version of herself.
